Return Policy

At Ridge Runner Outdoors, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Certain items (such as clearance products or perishable goods) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
